UK PROXY 3

Slot- Tech is a new commercial /club raceway in the Preston area which has now been open a year.The owner Jim Brown is an experienced racer .Jims track is a super smooth routed 6 lane mdf circuit with recessed magnatech braid and is ideal for scalex type cars as the traction magnet can be used .This years event  will not allow magnets  so all 3 tracks will be equall.

Lap record for a non magnet car  is held by Graham Windle  at 5.7 secs  set during this years Porsche challenge ,something for this years cars to aim at . Graham also holds the out right magnet record at 3.825 secs

Power supply is by 30 amp variable and shoud prove sufficient for the cars in the World Proxy series.

Timing is by computer and is acurate to  100th /sec
